Integration Centres

Integration Centres can be found in all regions of the country. They will provide you with free assistance with choosing the right office to go to with your issue. They also provide Czech language courses, counselling, interpretation and many other services. Integration Centres always provide free access to the Internet – the staff will help you learn how to use it if you need it. Learn more at www.integracnicentra.cz

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs)

NGOs offer free legal and social counselling, Czech language courses, interpretation and translation services and assistance or accompaniment for dealing with authorities, going to a doctor or dealing with schools. You can call any NGO for advice and assistance, even if it is outside your area of residency. There are also non-profit non-governmental organizations in various regions that you can visit personally and get advice.
